Game Boy Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon Video Walkthrough

At the request of Blukmage19S here at YouTube, I present to you a video walkthrough / playthrough / runthrough / etc of Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon for the Game Boy.

The game was easy enough for the most part, though a few of the mini-games were a bit troublesome. Thankfully though I was able to get through them, albeit barely (I refuse to use a turbo button for games, and because of it, I almost destroyed my hand…)

Eventually there came a time where I don’t bother going out of my way to get treasures. It’s really not all that hard to dodge the enemies, so I had plenty of money to spare for inns if I actually needed one.

Ah, I remember when I bought this and expected it to be somewhat similar to the first N64-Game. A whacky little adventure full of weird humour. instead it turned out to be… this.
The minigames were awful especally the first two button mashing ones. And chapter 4 was probably the worst of all. Not to mention, loosing a boss minigame gives you a game over and you either have to start from scratch or enter the absurdly long password to give it another go.
I can't remember how often I failed at this concentration/Memory game and had to start from scratch.

Seriously I wish I had known the tactic before. Would have saved me some trouble.

5 years after your son passed away, I've finally completed the Pokedex in Pokemon Red. I'd knew I would catch all the Pokemon someday.

    This 100 meter sprint…
17 years ago, my mum had to do it for me.
17 minutes ago, I did it… first try.
I got hand-cramps, shoulder-cramps and also the big toe on my left foot has cramps.
How the hell is a kid supposed to do this? xD

i always used to beat the 1st level, but then would get stuck on the part with the ship. I was like 6 but i think i did o.k for a 6 year old though.

Don't feel bad….As I recall, I almost broke my freaking hand beating that….It's not a nice race 😛

I can never beat Baron Skull in the 100-meter dash… Does it matter which char you pick? I always choose Goemon for the first level. Or is it because im not mashing the A button fast enough? 🙁 otherwise I'd like to eventually beat this game hehe.

I got this off the 3DS eShop, thinking back to the fun times had in the SNES and N64 titles I had played. Haaaaa…

Nicely done, though, especially getting through those two particular mini-games (which seem to essentially be the same deal). I'm guessing the play testers at the time had lightning-fast fingers? I sure don't, yo 😛
